Those of you craving pizza in Hoi An are in luck because Hoi An has a wide assortment of pizza restaurants.
Some of these restaurants have the best intentions but may not necessarily have the skills to produce a quality pizza. We here at Hidden want to make sure your pizza craving is properly satisfied. Below are seven categories with our top picks for the best pizza in Hoi An.
Contents
Biggest Pizza in Hoi An: 7 Bridges Brewing Co
Address: 36 Trần Phú – Hours: 10 a.m. – 11p.m., Daily – Price Reference: 50cm Margherita is 400,000 VND(16USD)
If you’re on the hunt for the biggest pizza in Hoi An, look no further than 7 Bridges Brewing Co. Known for its craft beer, this taproom has now become a must-visit for pizza lovers too. And when we say big, we mean big. At 50cm, These pizzas are so large they might just be the biggest in Vietnam! Perfect for sharing with friends or family.
7 Bridges Brewing Co isn’t just about size, though. Their pizzas are true New York style and baked to perfection. Their secret is putting spent grain flour from the brewery into the pizza dough. Yes, the pizza is made with leftover grain from brewing! The menu features all the classics, from NY Cheese to Pepperoni, but you’ll also find some more adventurous options like the Truffled Mushroom & Sausage and veggie loaded ‘Mamma Says’. Each bite offers a delicious blend of flavours that make these pizzas worth every inch.
Best Innovative Pizza in Hoi An: Burger Craft
Address: 639 Hai Bà Trưng – Hours: 11 a.m. – 12 a.m., Daily – Price Reference: Margherita is 170,000 VND(7.30USD)
As you can guess from its name Burger Craft offers more than just pizza. Their burger selection is quite extensive, including classic burgers, signature burgers, and even vegetarian burgers. Despite how much we here at Hidden love a good burger, we didn’t let ourselves get sidetracked.
We chose Burger Craft as the best innovative pizza in Hoi An because of their selection of pizzas. While there are a few classics such as the infamous Margherita, the majority of their pizza menu is quite ingenious. Pizzas such as the Salmon and Avocado and Miso Salmon are sure to satisfy salmon lovers. Burger Craft’s East-West fusion pizzas such as the Thai Red Chicken and Korean Bulgogi BBQ are a must-try. However if you are in the mood for a pizza that falls somewhere in the middle of classic and adventurous, don’t fret. Burger Craft also offers mouth-watering pizza selections such as the Truffle and Prosciutto, BBQ Meat Lovers, and Roasted Italian Vegetable.
Burger Craft’s mode of food transport is just as innovative as their pizza menu. To transport food between their upstairs kitchen and downstairs dining area, they employ a dumbwaiter. If you have no idea what a dumbwaiter is, don’t feel bad because Hidden didn’t either. A dumbwaiter is a small elevator or lift intended to carry objects between floors. The use of Burger Craft’s small, exposed dumbwaiter reduces traffic in their dining area, making for a smoother experience for both staff and guests.
The dining area itself has a retro, warehouse feel and can accommodate small groups with no problem. In addition to pizzas and burgers, diners can supplement their meal with a wide assortment of beers and western appetizers.
Best Wood Fired Pizza: ArtSpace
Website – Address: 1 Duong Pham Hong Thai– Hours: 7 a.m. – 10:30 p.m., Daily – Price Reference: Margherita is 250,000 VND (10.75USD)
As you can guess from its name, ArtSpace is more than just a restaurant. The large dining room of ArtSpace is also a curated art gallery with various multimedia pieces from both Vietnamese and international artists. The aim of the gallery is to enrich people’s experience of Vietnam through art. Visitors can learn more about the individual pieces by finding their corresponding numbers on the menu.
In addition to the spacious indoor dining and gallery space, Artspace also has an outdoor terrace with a large wood fire oven serving up fresh pizza in front of guests. On the menu are classics such as pepperoni and Margherita pizza as well as fusion pizzas such as its popular Banh Mi Pizza. If you can’t decide from the wide assortment of pizzas on the menu, don’t fret because there are “half” and “half-half” sizes available so you can try a couple! Solo diners looking for some quality pizza can also take advantage of these smaller sizes.
Hidden Hint: From 11.a.m-10.p.m everyday, get one free special “Pho” draught beer when you buy one Banh Mi Pizza as part of ArtSpace’s Pizza Hour!
In addition to its highly regarded wood fired pizzas, Artspace provides an extensive menu with seafood and meat entrees and appetizers. If you have any room left after your meal, Artspace’s desserts are just as ingenious as their pizzas. They are one of the first restaurants in Asia to implement 3D food printers to create their desserts! Their consistent quality and unique venue make them Hidden’s pick for the best wood fired pizza in Hoi An.
Best Authentic Italian Pizza in Hoi An: Good Morning Vietnam
Website – Address: 11 Le Loi – Hours: 11 a.m. – 10 p.m., Daily – Price Reference: Margherita is 155,000 VND(6.65USD)
Whether you are a pizza snob only looking for authentic Italian pizza or just in the mood for a good pie, Good Morning Vietnam is the place to go. Chef Luca Scale, originally from Venice, opened Good Morning Vietnam in Hoi An back in 2003. Having been around for 16 years, Good Morning Vietnam has earned a reputation as one of the more established Italian restaurants in town. This is no small feat considering the constantly changing business ecosystem in Hoi An.
The restaurant’s slogan is “Italian Hospitality Throughout Vietnam.” Good Morning Vietnam has two other sister restaurants in Central Vietnam, Limoncello in Da Nang and Pizzico in Nha Trang. Chef Luca takes pride not only in their sense of hospitality but in their fresh ingredients, many of which are imported directly from Italy.
Hidden was impressed with Good Morning Vietnam’s extensive menu, plentiful across the board for appetizers, pizzas, pastas, and desserts. Classic wood fired, thin crust Italian pizzas such as the Romana and Margherita grace the menu alongside slightly more obscure Italian pizzas such as the Salsiccia e Pepperoni, a twist on the Margherita from the north of Italy with Italian sausage, homemade vinegar, and oil marinated bell pepper.
Overall, customers appreciate the warm, cosy atmosphere and quick service of the Old Quarter establishment, making it perfect for couples and small groups.

The large assortment of menu items coupled with the picnic tables also make Boom Pizza an ideal choice for larger groups, which we all know can be a struggle to accommodate no matter the time of day. Hidden’s Thoughts
The Hidden team feel so spoiled by the selection of pizza in Hoi An. After all, Hoi An isn’t a huge city and to have so many food options paired with so much to do is pretty great.
Hidden wants to make sure that you find exactly what you are looking for during your stay in Hoi An. That being said, remember that your life will be filled with opportunities to eat pizza, but opportunities to eat authentic cao lau, my quang, and white rose dumplings and other Hoi An specialties will be more sparse.
