The Best Yoga Classes & Studios In Hoi An

Whether you’re looking for high-intensity power flow, a laid-back sunrise class on the beach, or just want to find your zen after a long period of travel, Hoi An’s yoga scene has you covered.
Yoga is a discipline for your mind, body, and spirit. It’s an awesome form of exercise, a great way to begin the day, and provides extensive benefits ranging from increased flexibility to reduced stress. For these reasons and more, yoga continues to grow in popularity with about 300 million people practising worldwide, according to the International Yoga Federation.
When considering a destination for a yoga retreat or holiday destination, most people’s minds quickly jump to places like India, Bali, or Thailand, and understandably so. However, we at Hidden find the ever-growing yoga community in Hoi An has so much going for it compared to other yoga destinations. Here’s why.

Aum Yoga Vietnam
Aum Yoga is the newest studio to join the Hoi An yoga scene, but by no means is it a novice venture. Aum Yoga is lead by head teacher Rahul Chamoli, formerly of Nomad Yoga. Rahul first arrived in Hoi An four years ago. The magic of the city captivated him to eventually settle here. Aum’s concept is pure. Yoga is more than just a physical practice and should condition the mind as well. Rahul was born and raised in Rishikesh, the so-called birthplace of yoga, in northern India. He opened the studio to allow all those who enter to leave their stresses of daily life at the door. The studio is located outside the center of Hoi An in a quiet neighbourhood allowing for a peaceful atmosphere to practice.
